"I tell everyone moving on is so simple, yet every time your thoughts consume my mind... people say 7 days are easy to forget... but 7 years? 7 years aren't enough for me to forget you..."
He fastened the bike speed, his fingers tightening around the handle as those same old memories started filling his mind again, coming one after another like they were waiting for a chance to attack him.
His eyes glanced on his wrist, bracelet. It was heartbeat shaped bracelet he always wore.
Seven years... not a small time at all, but still his heart was stuck on the same person, like it never learned how to move forward even once.
He was so focused on riding, so lost in his thoughts, until suddenly... he heard a cry, the voice immediately made him stop in tracks.
His hands tightened on the brakes even before his mind understood what was happening, and the bike came to a stop with a sudden, rough jerk that shook his whole body for a second.
He pulled his helmet off quickly, making his bangs fly away from his forehead as the wind brushed past him, and without wasting a moment he kept the helmet on the bike handle and ran toward the direction of that cry.
A little girl, hardly five years old, was lying on the road.
She looked so small, so fragile, and her clothes already looked old and worn out, and now they were turning red because of her own blood.
The man looked angrily at the car driver who had hit her.
A car had stopped a few feet away, the driver panicking, shaking, repeating in a trembling voice, "I didn't see her... she ran... someone help..."
But he wasn't listening to the driver at all. His eyes were only on the child.
She was breathing, but too fast, like her tiny body couldn't handle the fear rushing through her. Her small hands were trembling, and her lips looked pale like all the color had left her.
He knelt beside her slowly and carefully, like she was made of paper and he was afraid even soft air would hurt her.
"Hey," he said softly, "look at me. I'm right here."
The girl blinked, tears falling sideways down her cheeks as she tried to keep her eyes open.
"My... chest hurts... my leg hurts..."
"I know," he said, placing two fingers near her ribs, gentle but steady, like someone who knew exactly what to do. "Don't move. Let me check you."
He didn't have tools like.. Stethoscope, Gloves.Just his hands and years of knowing what a real heartbeat felt like under someone's skin.
He leaned down, pressing his ear lightly near her chest, ignoring the dust on her clothes and ignoring the crowd slowly gathering around them.
Her heartbeat was uneven... fast... scared... skipping like it wanted to run away.
"It's okay," he whispered softly. "Everything is already."
She breathed a little slower after hearing him.
An old woman from the crowd shouted, "Doctor! Are you a doctor?"
He didn't even look up. "Hold her bag under her head. Please, Gently," he instructed.
Another person asked, "Should we call ambulance?"
He replied in a calm voice that somehow made everyone quiet,
"Yes. But keep her still, no moments, ok."
The girl's eyes fluttered weakly.
"Will I... die?"
He shook his head instantly, no hesitation at all.
"No, Baby."
Her tiny fingers reached for his shirt, and he let her hold it tightly, like her small hand needed something real to trust.
When he felt her heartbeat slowing into a safer rhythm, he spoke again, low and steady, "You're strong. Keep breathing with me. In... and out."
She copied him with small breaths, shaky at first, but slowly matching his rhythm.
"Aeriii... my child!" a woman came running, crying loudly. It was the child's mother.
"Emmoaa..." the girl whispered weakly when she saw her.
Minutes later, the ambulance siren echoed in the distance, getting closer.
He brushed the dust off the girl's hair, his thumb soft and gentle, like he didn't want to add even a little more pain to her.
"You did well," he said with a light smile, "you listened better than most adults."
A weak giggle escaped her, tiny but enough to bring a little life back into that moment.
When the paramedics arrived, he lifted the girl carefully onto the stretcher with them, making sure every movement was slow and safe. Her hand slipped from his shirt slowly, almost unwilling to let go.
"Thank you, doctor," one medic said.
He only nodded.
"What your name?" the girl asked softly.
"Park Jimin," he answered, and then they took her into the ambulance.
_

Park Jimin | 30 | Cardiologist | Blonde hair.
__
He walked back to his bike quietly, his palms still covered with dust from the road, the feeling of her heartbeat still fresh in his mind.
Before putting his helmet on, he whispered to himself,
"Another heart saved."
In Singapore.
AWARD CEREMONY.
"I studied medicine to fix what you broke... and you still linger in my mind like a fever that never goes,"
He stood there looking at his own reflection in the mirror, his eyes cold, like he had carried the same weight for too many years.
His dark black bangs were perfectly styled on his forehead, not a single strand out of place, and he wore a black knit suit that fit him so well it almost looked like it was a part of him.
__

Min Yoongi | 25 | MD doctor| black short hair.
_
Once he had long hair, now they were short.
People say hair doesn't hold memories.
They're wrong.
Sometimes, the first thing you cut isn't your hair.. it's the version of yourself that kept waiting for someone who already walked away.
He was about to leave the room when he stopped again, turning his head slightly just to stare at his reflection one more time, almost like he was talking to the version of himself he had become.
"Enough capable to destroy you... Park Jimin,"
he whispered, the words leaving his lips like fire that had been burning for seven long years.
He left the house with that same rage sitting heavy in his chest, the kind of anger that grows quietly, day by day, until it becomes a part of your bones.
As soon as he reached the place, one person quickly opened the car door for him, and Yoongi stepped out with powerful steps.
"Morning sir," the man said respectfully, and Yoongi only nodded, calm as always.
Yoongi entered the auditorium, and the whole place was already buzzing with excitement and whispers. People's eyes followed him like they had been waiting for this exact moment.
"That's him.. " "The MD doctor?" "He saved all twenty-five passengers alone, right?" "Wasn't he the youngest one there?"
The whispers floated around like light touches, but Yoongi didn't react, not even slightly.
He just walked straight, quiet, shoulders relaxed in that calm cold way of his that always made people look at him more than once.
The Chief Medical Director of the hospital noticed him first.
"Mr. Min Yoongi!" she called out happily, smiling like she was proud of him, and she guided him gently toward the stage.
"Everyone, please welcome the doctor who saved many people's lives."
A loud wave of applause filled the room immediately.
Yoongi's eyes stayed on the floor for a moment, before he slowly lifted them to look at everyone standing there.
The director continued talking, her voice held respect,
"With no senior doctor available, he stabilized twenty-five victims after a highway bus crash. He performed CPR, stopped multiple bleedings, improvised airway management... head alone. He was just passing by the road when he saw the crashed bus. All passengers were injured, and he saved everyone."
A nurse from that night went up next, her voice trembling because she still remembered everything clearly.
"When ambulance reached, we lost hope just by seeing the scene. If he hadn't been there... we would've lost them. He didn't panic. He kept telling us, 'no one is dying'."
Another heavy round of applause filled the whole auditorium.
Yoongi's fingers tightened just a little around the edges of the paper award he was holding, like he was controlling all the emotions inside him, but his face stayed proud.
When they signaled him to speak, he stepped toward the microphone, standing tall, but he didn't give a long emotional speech or some big dramatic story.
He simply said,
"I did what a doctor should do."
The auditorium clapped again, louder than before, almost shaking the room.
His two bestfriends sat there in audience named aura and Kevin. Everything changed but his friends he met in first year were still with him.
Yoongi bowed once, then stepped back.
Yoongi pushed the door open and stepped inside the big, house.
He dropped his bag near the entrance and barely took two steps before someone appeared from the living room.
He was living with his his bestfriend, Aura and her family.. well why he was living with them.. you'll find out.
"Jin-hyung..." Yoongi greeted softly when he saw Seokjin.
Seokjin, older brother of Yoongi's best friend, aura.
Someone who wasn't blood, but felt like an older brother.
Seokjin raised an eyebrow.
"Oh? Yoongi? You didn't tell me you were suddenly planning to go back to Korea."
He picked up the papers scattered on the table, scanning them quickly.
Seokjin was lawyer. He was older brother figure to Yoongi. Seokjin and aura always treated Yoongi like their own brother. Never let him feel like he wasn't their sibling.
Yoongi walked to the couch and sat down with that lazy, tired drop of his shoulders. But a small smirk stayed on his lips, almost glued there.
"I need to go where everything of mine exists," Yoongi said slowly.
"My hospital... my people... my-" he paused, gaze shifting for a second before looking away.
Seokjin didn't miss it.
"So you're going to do your Residency there?"
Yoongi nodded.
"Yes. While handling my hospital. Now I'm capable enough to manage it properly... like an owner, a director."
The smirk rested on his lips.
Seokjin blinked. "Wait.. I didn't even know you had a hospital in Korea? How rich are you actually?"
Yoongi let out a low breath, not exactly a laugh.
"Rich wasn't something I ever wanted... but now? Now I'll use all of this as a weapon. To destroy the thing that destroyed me first."
Seokjin stared at him for a moment.
"Sometimes I really can't understand you."
Yoongi leaned his head back on the couch. "Isn't it better that way?"
Seokjin sighed and placed the papers back in order. "So you're going tomorrow?"
"Yes."
Seokjin hesitated. "Do you... miss your family?"
Yoongi's smirk faded. His face turned blank, emotionless.
"I don't have a family, you know that hyung" he said calmly.
"My parents died when I was fifteen. They left everything... property, money... but none of it gives the love I wanted."
Seokjin swallowed.
"I know... By the way what about your best friend? Jungkook. You used to talk about him a lot."
Yoongi's eyes twitched for the first time. A shadow crossed his expression.
"Jungkook?"
"JUNGKOOK!"
"YES, JIMIN-SHI..."
"Don't scream."
Jimin walked into Jungkook's room with that tired face he always had in the morning.
Jungkook pointed at him. "You started shouting first."
Jimin ignored him and folded his arms. "Anyway... happy birthday."
Jungkook rolled his eyes. "Wow. What a warm and emotional wish."
Jimin raised a brow. "So what do you want me to do? Dance for you?"
Jungkook stood up from the bed dramatically.
"Please. I don't expect that much effort from you."
Then he looked into the mirror and gasped loudly.
"BRO. I'm twenty-four. I look old."
Jimin turned his head sharply.
"Stop saying that on purpose in front of me. I know you're teasing me... little brother."
He crossed his arms tighter.
Jungkook smirked. "Well, you are in your thirties. I'm still in my twenties. Life is good."
Jimin rolled his eyes back. "I just turned thirty last month. Control your excitement."
Jungkook nudged him toward the door.
"Go, go. Don't you have to go to the hospital and fix people's hearts?"
Jimin grabbed his coat and sighed.
"I'm going."
The flight landed early in the morning, the sky still half-grey and sleepy, and Yoongi walked out of the airport with his suitcase rolling behind him, the wheels making a soft sound on the floor as he moved with slow, steady steps.
A man in a black suit stood at the exit holding a board with his name written clearly on it.
"Min Yoongi sir...?" the man asked the moment he spotted him, his voice polite but a little nervous.
Yoongi nodded once. "Yes."
The driver bowed quickly and respectfully. "I'm here to take you. Should I drop you home first, sir?"
Yoongi didn't even take a second to think. "Hospital."
The driver blinked, surprised for a moment. "Ah... right away?"
"Yes. I didn't come here to rest."
Yoongi's voice stayed calm, but there was a coldness in it that made it clear the conversation was over.
They drove through the city Yoongi once knew too well... streets that were filled with memories he never asked to remember, corners that still carried shadows of a past he didn't want back. Seven years ago he had left this place as someone soft, someone foolish, someone who could be hurt easily.
Now he was returning as someone completely different.
The car stopped in front of a tall white building, its walls shining under the early morning light, with silver letters glowing across the entrance.
"Min Seoul Heart Institute."
His hospital.
His name.
His responsibility.
The thing he never wanted to use as power but now he will.
Yoongi stepped out slowly, the cold wind brushing past his coat as he stood there, not moving for a moment, staring at the building like he was staring at an old ghost that suddenly appeared again.
He breathed out... a long, quiet exhale that carried more emotion than he wanted to admit.
"Seven years..." he whispered to himself. "And I'm standing here again."
For a small second.. just half a second.. his eyes softened, like a crack had appeared in the hard shell he built around himself.
"Once, I dreamed of working inside this place.. with no intention of owning it," His lips curved into a small smirk. "And now... I own it."
The driver looked at him through the window, unsure what emotion he was supposed to understand from Yoongi's face because it didn't look like happiness or sadness... it was something burning inside him.
Yoongi's eyes were burning in rage, revenge.
He tightened his grip on the strap of his bag, his knuckles turning pale.
"Let's go," he said, voice low and steady. "I want to see what changed while I was gone."
Jimin was inside his office when a soft knock suddenly caught his attention, pulling him out of the file he was reading.
"Doctor Park, the director... he is arriving today," a nurse said, her voice nervous and shaky like she was scared to even say the words.
Jimin's pen froze right in the middle of his notes.
Director.
(Jimin, Namjoon and Taehyung work in this hospital now)
Till now the hospital was handled by one of The trusted person David liam who was managing director. Now the real one arrived.
The word hit him so hard it felt like someone pressed their full hand on his chest and didn't allow him to breathe for a moment.
For one second... his heartbeat completely stopped, and then it thudded back even louder, almost like it was trying to escape.
He cleared his throat slowly. "Alright. Inform the team."
He tried to sound calm, so calm, but even he could hear the small shake hiding inside his voice like he couldn't control it.
He tried to show it doesn't matter, he tried to pretend it was nothing, but inside it did matter... more than anything.
When he stepped outside, the corridor was louder than usual. Nurses were rushing around, residents were whispering to each other like something huge was happening, and one nurse even stopped to fix her hair in the reflection of the glass door.
"Why is everyone panicking?" Jimin muttered to himself as he stepped out further.
Before he could even take another step, a junior doctor hurried toward him, holding a bouquet tightly like it was a responsibility.
"Doctor Park! You are the Head of Cardiology Department, so... you should welcome him personally."
Jimin stared at the flowers like they were some kind of shock. "Why me?"
"Because everyone respects you the most... and because you represent the hospital today."
He didn't want to hold it.
He didn't want to be the one standing there.
He didn't want to face...
But he took the bouquet anyway, his fingers tightening around the stems until they almost hurt.
The noise suddenly grew louder.. footsteps, whispers, excitement moving through the hallway like a wave.
Someone said, "He's here."
Another said, "The director finally came back from the Singapore."
Jimin stood completely still in the middle of the hallway, bouquet in hand, his breath stuck somewhere between his ribs like it refused to move.
And then the doors opened.
A man walked in.
Not the boy Jimin remembered.
Not the 18 year old boy, whose eyes were full of dream, his eyes once told he wanted someone.
The cute Yoongi once who's face told his innocence. His cute hairstyle. That time his forehead was barely visible as his hair's falling on forehead making him look so cute.
This Yoongi...
was completely different.
He walked with calm and steady steps, his shoulders straight, his expression sharp like a man who knew how to control a room without trying.
His black coat moved lightly with the wind from the entrance, his hair perfectly styled, and his eyes emotionless, focused... the eyes of someone used to giving orders, not receiving them.
He looked young enough but older than the last time Jimin saw him.
He looked like someone built from control, discipline, and seven full years of silence.
Someone who grew into his face, his jawline, and his confidence.
Someone... painfully handsome in a way that made Jimin's stomach twist.
The Yoongi he knew was an 18-year-old child, soft and small... but now the Yoongi standing there was a man with a built body and a height a little taller than before.
Jimin's heart clenched when he finally noticed Yoongi's hairs were short. Once his hairs were long enough to tug behind his ear.
Jimin's hand tightened around the bouquet again, his knuckles turning white.
He tried not to show expression. He tried so hard.
Yoongi entered inside. One hand was in his pant pocket, and then his eyes caught a familiar figure standing there.
His eyes never left the person holding the bouquet and looking directly at him.
The man he loved.
Jimin.
After seven years, he saw Jimin again. Still the same.
Jimin looked the same, like he didn't change a bit... maybe even more handsome now.
His eye's never lift Jimin. He noticed how Jimin looked little different yet still same.
He noticed, Jimin used to have black hairs now they were blonde and it made him look more handsome and attractive.
As soon their eye's made eye contact, whole past reflected infront of their eyes. All the moments started replaying.
The whole staff was whispering, "He is so handsome..."
Jimin finally came back to the world around him.
He walked toward Yoongi, who was standing there with no expression at all, his face was cold and no one could read what was going inside his face.
Jimin walked closer towards Yoongi, step by step. Each step made them remember how beautiful their past was and now they are going to meet like strangers.
Jimin stood right in front of him.
Yoongi didn't look at the bouquet.
He didn't greet first.
He only raised one eyebrow slightly, his voice dangerously calm.
"So this is how a staff welcomes its director?" he said, his eyes locked completely on Jimin.
Jimin swallowed hard.
His heart was beating too fast, too loud, too obvious like it wanted to run out of his chest.
He forced out a polite line. "Welcome... Director Min."
Yoongi's expression didn't change, but something small inside his eyes flickered for one second, like a memory moved.
He leaned in... just a little.
"Hmm," he said softly.
"I thought you'd say... 'welcome back'."
Jimin said nothing and only stared right into Yoongi's eyes.
"Well, we don't say this to strangers..."
Yoongi chuckled at Jimin's words.
The staff was looking at them like they were talking in some secret language even though they were supposed to not know each other.
"Morning sir."
"Welcome sir."
"Sir... very warm welcome."
That's what the staff was saying, but Yoongi ignored all of it.
"My cabin?" Yoongi asked strictly.
"Doctor Park, please show him..." one of the doctors said, and Jimin nodded.
Jimin said nothing but turned and showed the way, and Yoongi followed him without looking away from him.
Yoongi's eyes never left Jimin until they reached the cabin. Jimin entered inside, and Yoongi followed.
"Your cabin..." Jimin said and looked at him.
"So Mr Stranger or... Mr Husband, how are you feeling after meeting me?" Yoongi asked...
Jimin said nothing because this Yoongi was so different, so far from the Yoongi he knew years ago.
